We deliver within 5km. Free delivery is only applicable for terms and conditions if your order is qualified for free delivery or not. Rest all other areas are charged as per their address as below. We reserve the right to cancel order in case if we are unable to fulfil your order and the same will be communicated to you within the reasonable time. In case of any unfulfilled order, we will co-ordinate with the customer to arrange the possible alternate options. Same day delivery is applicable only for the orders placed and paid before 12 Pm. All the orders placed after 12 Pm will be delivered next day. We Don’t do door step deliveries, customers are requested to come to any designated parking spot of their apartment building. In case of Individual houses customers are requested to allot an authorized parking space for our delivery executives where they can park their cars. If you need any special assistance with delivery then you must let us know prior the delivery so that we can guide the same to our delivery executives.

Delivery Schedule and Charges
FREE Delivery only on purchase of €50 & Above (Excluding 20kg or more Rice and Flour or combining 2 10kgs or combinations of 5kg &10kg)
FREE Delivery is not applicable for orders which consists ONLY SEASONAL FRUITS. It has to be mixed with other groceries worth of 50% or more of total Invoice amount .
Free Delivery is not applicable for orders which consists Only Rice or Flour in your order. It has to be mixed with any other groceries worth of 50% or more of total Invoice .

Free Delivery is not applicable if you miss to take your order at first attempt . There will be €5.00 delivery charge for all second attempt delivery. The payment of €5 can be made either in form of Cash or you can select items worth €5 and make a payment on the website itself. We will consider it as a payment against the delivery missed and by any chance if you added items more than €5 then you must intimate us which item you want and which one you want us to consider as delivery fee. If no initimation is given to us then it solely depends on our staff which item they will send and which item they will take off. To avoid this please contact us if you are not at home for any reason and do let us know if there is any change in your schedule by 12pm.
We do Only Optional Deliveries on Sundays/Bank Holidays. Any order placed after 12 pm on Saturday may be delivered on Monday between 2-8pm.
