Return & Refund
1. You have the right to cancel your order before 12PM on next day of your order.
2. We accept returns at the same time of delivery. You need to check all items and return items to delivery man. Due to hygienic reasons and food products we don’t accept returns after that.
3. We don’t give any refund if you have opened and used the product.
4. Any item which is on sale will not be replaced/returned.
4. If you are not satisfied with any of our products or quality of the product then you should immediately contact us by sending an email to asianhouse@gmail.com with in 12 hours after receiving your order. Customer has to clearly mention about the complaint with photos where required .
5. All the complaints received to asianhouse@gmail.com will be addressed and sorted with in 2 to 5 business working days .
You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sell-able condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.
6. By any chance if we don’t have any item and we inform the customer for the substitute and they accept it then the replacement/return lies on customer. They need to drop the item at our store 71 Belmayne Ave, Belmayne, Dublin 13, D13 W7PR
